Eye 2 Eye Graphics is business-minded; we’re in business too, and so are able to communicate business owner to business owner. We recognize the importance of being on-time with our commitments and on-budget. And because we take the time to find out about your ideal client, our designs specifically speak to that client. A corporate prospect is looking for a much different presentation than a solopreneur or small to medium size business. We know what works for one and what doesn’t work for another. We stay on top of trends in the design world to recommend or guide you with color choices and choosing design elements.
Our Process:
We work with our clients using a five-phase process—Educate, Explore, Essence, Execute, and Evolve. Each step was developed based on our philosophies of finding the best solution for our clients, using open communication, forming partnerships, and connecting eye-2-eye. Here is a brief outline of our five-phase process. Phase 1—Educate During this phase we will learn about you, your goals and the personality of your business’s past, present, and future. To elevate our conversations to a higher level, we have an introductory client questionnaire; this is a quick and easy way to begin our design process. The education portion of the process will continue throughout the project, but this initial ”get-to-know-you” is extremely important to our creative partnership. Phase 2—Explore Once we have learned about and understand your business, your industry and your ideal client, the creative exploration begins. We first present you with your creative brief and positioning statement, and then “concept designs” are created. We will also explore the possibilities of paper, color, graphic styles and more! Phase 3—Essence Now it is time to narrow down the concepts and chose one to be polished and finalized. “The chosen one” will reflect the true essence of your business and its market positioning. This chosen concept will also help define the style and direction of your other marketing collateral. Phase 4—Execute During this stage of the process we print or produce the projects to their appropriate medium. It is now time to announce your new brand identity to your past, present and prospective clients. Phase 5—Evolve Your brand identity, which is not just your logo but everything that represents your business, is an important asset of your business.
